We currently ship to all of North America, Australia, and select countries in Asia and Europe.

–Asia, Australia, Europe (2-3 business days) - $35
Free shipping on orders over $500
Please allow 2 business days to process your orders. The customer is responsible for applicable duties and taxes.
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
–Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
–Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
–Be returned with original tags and packaging
–Hosiery and custom order fox fur bags are not available for return
Peter Do reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Your package will not be shipped with any paper invoices or return slips. Instead, we ask that you request your return by sending an email to SHOP@PETERDO.NET. You will receive an RMA Slip. Please include a printed copy of your slip in your package.

For added safety, please ensure all packages with a tracking number. Client is responsible for all return shipping costs.
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
