We accept all major credit cards and Paypal for purchase transactions. You may also opt to checkout with Afterpay, a service that allows you to pay 4 installments every 2 weeks. With Afterpay, you will still receive your product within estimated shipping time, but you have 8 weeks to pay the full amount.

- Please allow 2 business days (not including weekend) of processing time
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification email from shop@peterdo.net with the courier and tracking number
- We are currently shipping all our merchandises within US only
- Free shipping and return for all orders within US
- New York customers will have their local tax automatically added upon checkout

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 14 calendar days of your delivery date
- Be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
- Be returned with original tags and packaging
- Pre-orders and custom creations are not eligible for return
- Peter Do reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy
- Returns that do not adhere to the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion

Return Instructions:
- Request a return by emailing returns@peterdo.net with your order number and front and back pictures of product
Once approved, you will receive a return label and a packing list to print
- Place your item and a copy of the packing list inside the package
- Securely close your package
- Affix the shipping label outside the package
- Drop-off your package at your closest courier drop off point

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
